Othello screencaps
Today I finally got around to screencapping the DVD of Othello, the 2002 made-for-TV movie in which Rachael Stirling stars alongside Keeley Hawes, Eamonn Walker, and Christopher Eccleston. There are fifty-seven screencaps in total.
Sorry for taking so long to get these done; I know I've been promising them for quite a long time now!
In other news, the release date for the Marple DVD boxset has unfortunately been put back by a month since I last updated. The set should now be released on March 7th, all being well, and the cheapest place we've found it so far appears to be DVDPopcorn, where it is retailing for £20.25 with free postage and packaging. We had planned to put our recording of Marple onto DVD-R and take the screencaps from that, but instead, we've decided to wait until the release of the DVDs before doing any screencapping.
Our copy of Freeze Frame arrived a few days ago, and we watched it together on Wednesday evening. I must admit that I was a little worried about the film after reading so many poor reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The storyline had me gripped from the start (which is a big achievement in itself!) and although the plot was, at times, a tad far-fetched, it was nonetheless a very enjoyable film with a very good cast. Obviously I'm biased, but I thought Rachael was on top form acting-wise, at the same time as looking incredibly sexy. The ending was a little… shall we say, unpleasant, but that didn't spoil my enjoyment of the film.
Freeze Frame screencaps will be coming soon!
