Career
As Rachael's career is so varied, this section is split up into several sub-sections, each relating to her specific areas of work: film, television, stage and radio. Additionally, her upcoming projects — meaning the ones which have not yet been officially released, aired, or performed — are shown at the top of the page. We will update the individual project pages with new information as and when we receive it.

Upcoming Projects
Rachael usually has at least one upcoming project on the go at any one time, whether it be a film that is pending release, a television drama awaiting an air date, or a play she is currently rehearsing! This section aims to provide news about these upcoming projects, and we will endeavour to keep it updated on a regular basis.
Past Projects
This is an archive of all of Rachael's past projects. We believe it to be 100% complete, however there is always the possibility that some things are missing, such as minor theatre roles, for example. We will endeavour to keep this section as fully updated as the rest of the site at all times, so if we find out any new information, we will add it.
Film
It was 1998 when Rachael appeared in her first film, the British comedy Still Crazy. She has often said that she would prefer to star in low-budget films with good scripts, rather than Hollywood blockbusters.
Television
Rachael's big TV break came in 2002, with the controversial BBC mini-series Tipping the Velvet, though she had appeared in a couple of smaller projects before that. Since then she has become a familiar face on our TV screens.
Stage
In 1995, Rachael made her stage debut as Desdemona in Othello. She was also a member of the National Youth Theatre. Rachael has often said that she feels very much at ease on the stage.
Radio
Rachael is well-spoken and articulate, as well as having a deep, husky voice, which makes her ideally suited to radio and voice-over work. She has performed in a couple of radio plays, as well as being a semi-regular presenter on BBC 4's Loose Ends.
Look forward to the US release of both films.
